Returns and Refunds Policy

Vervology LLC (“Vervology,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides professional and digital services and subscriptions. This policy explains our position on refunds, cancellations, and billing. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

All Fees Are Non-Refundable

Because we provide services rather than physical goods, all fees are non-refundable once a service engagement or subscription period has begun. This is consistent with our Terms of Service. Your payment covers the services performed and the time and resources we commit to your work.

Subscriptions & Recurring Billing

Subscription-based services renew automatically on the cycle specified at checkout. To avoid being charged for the next term, you must cancel before renewal in accordance with the notice period set out in our Terms of Service. Cancelling stops future billing; fees already paid for the current term are non-refundable.

Cancellations Before Work Begins

If you wish to cancel before any work or service has commenced, contact us as soon as possible. Any accommodation in these circumstances is at our sole discretion.

Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged in error, or charged more than once, contact us promptly and we will investigate and correct any verified billing error.

No Physical Returns

We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there are no product returns or exchanges.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be waived.
